ani.the.gr8 Posts: 32 Rating: (1)	Hello all In my next project, I must use a TP1500 Comfort Panel for the customer. Now my question is what are the softwares and licenses we need for that? Design License & Runtime License both. We are not going to give all pages (screens) into the TP1500 Panel, we have a separate HMI Client for that. For that we are using WinCC 7. So we need maximum 512 Tag linecse for the TP1500. So please help me guys. It's urgent.

May be I refresh my question a little bit. I have the following questions. 01. Which software I need to program TP1500? 02. Are the software comming with designing license? 03. If not then what is the order no for 512 Tag License? 04. Do we need any runtime license for the TP1500 panel? 05. If yes, please give me the order no too. I'll compile all these anasers and send a price query to Siemens ASAP. Thanking you.

When you use a Panel, you only need WinCC Comfort floating license for engineering. The amount of tags is part of technical features of used Panel. Best regards, Wizard

You just made my day. That mean, I'll order a TP1500 Comfort Panel with WinCC Professional V12 + 512 Power Tags for my project. We do not want any data logging inside the panel so we don't need any loggig licenses. I also do not need any runtime licenses because that is already built inside the panel (as far my knowledge upto 4096 power tags). Fantastic. Thanks again. Please correct me if I am wrong somewhere
