Setup Details BW500 Transmitter: 7MH7152-1AB00-1AA WS300 Speed Sensor: 7MH7177-2BA100 Belt Scale: 7MH7122-2AJ22-1A Design Rate: 200 t/h Design Speed: 1.83 m/s, actual feedback at BW500 reading: 1.95m/s Pulley Diameter: 238mm Belt Length: 249.6 Meters Observations: Readings Fluctuation between -3.0 to 3.0 tons during idling run. Questions: - Having done the Zero & San Calibration, will the Belt readings stay at zero when put back to run mode or there is a fluctuation, if so what should be the range? - Design speed and actual measured does not tally, should customer set to actual measured value then? Appreciate inputs to resolved on doubts. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Split from BW500 calibration ?????.

There have to be at max. 1mm difference in the height between the idlers before and after the beltscale. I suggest to use at min 2 idlers before and after the scale for the alignment here.
