I know it's an old post but ... I've got the same problem! Some relays remain blocked :(

I've got 2 logo PLCs:

• 6ED1 052-1MD00-0BA6  (LOGO! 12/24RC   | DC 12/24V)
• 6ED1 052-1HB00-0BA5 (LOGO! 24RC   | AC/DC 24V)

All my problems come from the LOGO! 24RC on multiple outputs. It's utilized to control lights. The load are not very important (P=12W).

What are my solutions?

Split from Bad quality relays in 230RC (0BA6).

Basically LOGO! relays have a inrush current of 30A.

For LED lights, bulbs with 230V AC you can calculate with 3.5A (good brands) or 4A per 1W energy.

So if you have good brand LED's, then 12W will create a inrush current of ~ 3.5A/W * 12W = 42A

for poor LED's: 4A/W *12W= 48A.

You see in both cases you are over max. inrush current of the relays.

Use inrush current limiter to eliminate the inrush current (Google).
