sometimes DB value not change

HAMPEL Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Hi sir I have two cpu315-2DP in software redundant mode(6ES7315-2AG10-0AB0)&two IM153-2(153-2BA00-0XB0). My problem: In my project I have 16 valve that must be opened or closed. I have one FB special for valves & each valve has special DB for itself. Sometimes when a command must changed the bit of DB,but it dosen't happen. In online mode you can see that for example db10.dbx0.0 in program changed to 1,but after opening the DB value of bit isn't changed. for solving that for example valve opened,i must open DB & go to online & download to plc. this solution is useful for one time & for another action for valve imust do again. I mean, is it really happening at the base program level, or only at the visualization level? Does this happen to a specific DB or to all DBs in the prgram? Have you tried to open a VAT to check the present status of the DB variables? Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier

HAMPEL Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	yes.i have problem with lack of change in DB. it happened in real program & program can't continue. i attached my program. for example in FC201/NETWORK/DB322.DBX0.0 change to 1 but after going to FC50/NETWORK8/FB2/DB322 the value of DB322 & after it the value of output FB2 not changed.

Sydney Gold Member Joined: 1/4/2008 Last visit: 9/26/2024 Posts: 703 Rating: (96)	Hello, the OPEN_COMMANDis reseted in the FB2/Nw14 so if you set the command bit it's reseted after a few miliseconds so normally it's impossible tomonitor this change in the DB... There's probably some unsatisfied condition for the FB output, you can monitor this inside the FB. Set permanently the open command, open the FB2 in editor, menu Debug -> Call Environment... (if it's grayed choose menu Debug -> Operation... and switch mode to Test Operation). At the bottom check the Open Data Blocks and fill in the "Instance DB Number" desired valves datablock. Then switch monitor on and check where's a problem. Regards Sydney
