Hello, I have problem with Wincc Unified PC. I have connection with 13 PLC S7-1200 and sometimes the connection lost. If I restart the visualization in Runtime manager it is ok, but if I turn ON/OFF some PLC it not reconnect automatically. Usually I need restart the Runtime manager. I use version V18 update 3.

In the TraceViewer i have this message:

 S7PlusConnection, received open failed with error -9223348805376671612 for HMIConnection CONN%DB5_HMI cid 273 from session 0 err -9223348805376671612

Please help me, I don't know what I could do.

Do you have SIMATIC NET installed and licensed on the Unified PC?

if you communicate with more than ten controllers with the RT Unified, as is your case (13), SIMATIC NET and the IE S7 license are required. Please see:

I would also recommend you avoid selecting the <Auto> option of the network card for the access point of the PG/PC Interface tool.
