• What version of TIA Portal are you using?
• What device and device version do you use?
• What data type are you using?
• How do you get the data to the faceplate?
• Is this faceplate static within a screen or do you open it as a popup window?
• What PLC is connected?
• Are all values affected or just those used within an IO field, for example?

I know this is a long list of questions, but it may not be enough. To get deeper knowledge about your problem, the TIA project would be needed. However, analyzing this sounds like a job for the Siemens support team. So maybe you should contact them by creating a support request.

As you said the problem is only related to IO fields, please provide some more features on these IO fields. Is there any event or dynamization being used? If so, please provide details.

However, I would strongly recommend you to create a support request.
