One network needed to do it. AN M 0.0 = M0.1 M0.0 is always Off M0.1 is always On Farrukh Bhatti sec pulse (which address bit can give me pulse on every second). In hardware configuration, you can choose a byte to use for this purpose. Each bit in the choosen byte will have a pulse at certain frequency. Hope this helps.

You may start your OB1with an initialisation procedure, i use M1.0 and M1.1 (1.1 = Always1) and configure MB0 as clockbyte in the CPU config. To create a one cycle clock pulse (once per second) you need to use edge detection. Here an example in STL notation AN M1.1 S M1.1 // create always1 A M1.0 R M1.0 // create always0 A M0.5 // 1 Hz signal form clockbyte MB0 FP M1.2 // detect the positive edge of the 1Hz signal = M1.5 // This is now your signal which is TRUE once per second ...your code good luck, Remark

You have to call SFC to do your requirements. Please have a look on the following FAQs for both Step 7 & TIA: How can you read out the date and time with SFC1 (READ_CLK) and input them with SFC0 (SET_CLK)? In STEP 7 (TIA Portal) V11, how can you input, read out and edit the date and time for S7-300/400/1200? Hope this helps.
