Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (123)	Hi David, Do you have any other Siemens' products installed on that computer? You could be having compatibility problems... What's your OS, hardware configuration and WinCC version? It could also be a hardware problem... a patch was released for dual core users. Can you post your diagnose folders here? They're usually under "Program Files\Siemens\WinCC\Diagnose". Best regards, Danielle
