Actually the description doesn't match posted picture. Or at least it is hard for me to understand why should I start heating having full throttle cooling (or vice versa).

Anyway. For the V1 "scale" 0-50 to 0-100. For V2: 50-100 to 0-100. Both outputs limit to 0-100.

for valve 1

• calculate the setpoint with the formula Y = output of the PID x 2
• then you must use a LIMIT-function, so that the maximum setpoint is 100
• so is the setpoint of valve 1 0..100 when the output of the PID is 0...50

for valve 2

• calculate the setpoint with the formula Y = (output of the PID - 50) x 2
• then you must use a LIMIT-function s that the minimum of the value is 0 and not negativ
• so is the setpoint of valve 2 0..100 when the output of your PID is 50..100

I hope I understand your challenge right.
