My computer is win7 X64

before i installed the “PC Access V1.0 SP6 and hotfix1”  the SR test  works well through the  "set PG/PC interface" window. but after the pc access was installed,the sr test could not work.I have tried all the mathods in this posts，however ，“Error in function call SRMD_Set(..) - No interface handle” is still exist.

If yes I could not Find any compatibility with WinCC or Simatic Net, so I would call Siemens Support to clear the compatibility question.
