Solved i instal this driver NVIDIA "http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/geforce-hotfix-driver-382-19-download.html" and Framework 4.7 and now is HMIsim OK :D :D :D 

My system is Windows 10 64x and graphic Intel HD 530 integration and NVIDIA Gforce GTX965M.

 i have the same problem

i have win 10 64 bit

i installed step 7 tai 14 sp1 with wincc basic

when i want to start hmi simulation.

i recieve that error.

and updaing my driver card didnot helped
