Start picture not defined ?

"To start WinCC Runtime Professional or WinCC Runtime Advanced, a user must be a member

of the automatically created group, "Siemens TIA Engineer".

What does that mean ?

2) I have an very odd projekt that needs to be conncted to internet to run, otherwise I get an error that no start picture is defined ? What is wrong ?

Hello,

the windows user you are using has to be member of this group, you can change this in windows user settings (Computer Administration > System > Local Users and Groups > Groups).

you can define the start picture with right button click on your screen and click on "Define as start screen".
