Starter - Drive Navigator "NOT ACTIVE!"

AutoGen_418902 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Good evening, In the last few days i noticed that on the software "starter" to parameterize the Sinamics S120 there are a lot of problems for the "Servo" version. On the drives on servo version i got a message "Not active!" for all the main pages like Drive Navigator, Configurator, etc. You can see in the picture attached the problem. I try to uninstall and re-install the following releases: 4.3.2.0 and 4.3.3.0 and also 4.3.3.1. But always the same problems happened. And only with drives type "Servo". if i create a drive "Vector" everything works fine. The OS is an Win 7 Pro SP1. Please Help me, i don't know what to do, right now i'm in commissioning and i have already loosen two days. Thank you, Attachment Capture.JPG (72 Downloads)
