I see we need the starter software, is this something that is included within Step 7 basic, or is this a chargeable extra. I am sure I was told this was included, or available for download free. I spent some time downloading the package, support package, documentation, then installing the software from a USB drive instead of a CD. I tried from a network drive but that would not work.

Discovered that I had to download a newer version from this website. So even though it was a bother I would have preferred to just download it from the beginning.
