Starter Kit TP1500 Comfort

I wan't buy a Starter kit TP1500 Comfort (6AV2181-4QB00-0AX0) include WinCC Comfort V13 but I don't find what type of license is include in the kit.

I don't know if the key license is a single license or floating license... 

I think the software in the kit is similar with 6AV2101-0AA03-0AA5 but I'm not sure.

You're right, but in the botton of the page there are the Simatic Comfort Panels starters kits, and it's written that the license is the SIMATIC WinCC Comfort (TIA Portal). 

So I think is a single license for configuring the new SIMATIC HMI Comfort Panels as well as Mobile Panels, x 70 Panels and Multi Panels

Update:

From my SIEMENS representatives, they say that the license is unlimited, but only if you buy the kit.
