Hi You can check in Simatic Net - Configuration Console if there has some devices that has already assigned to configured mode. Try to build from the beginning the configuration. ( If offcorse this is possible, there has nessesery software.). And I think that to put on the first plase IE General not's good idea. I hope thil will help.. regards |

Hello, I think you have configured more than 1 MPI / PROFIBUS Card and/or more than one Ethernet CP. This is not possible with SOFTNET. If you need more than one CP you need to use CP 1613 / 1623 or CP 5613 / 5614. Best regards J_Bell |

Hallo! Just for the record, after I allerted Siemens support and asked them to check what's wrong in my project I ocasionally found the problem it was so so stupid as a fail configured Application for the Simatic PC Station in the HW manager. I have used Application SW V6.3 while I had drivers on the PC just for version SW V6.2 SP1, after I changed to the correct driver everything was fine. Thanks everyone any way! Marry Christmas it is time for celebration soon And when we have the communication running, there's nothing to spoil the party! |
