Station Configuration Editor IN TIA V11 not shown

Firstly sorry about my question , i'm newbie.

I already installed   simatic_wincc_professional_v11, and simatic_step_7_professional_v11_0_sp2, but i couldn't find the STATION CONFIGURATION EDITOR,

please can any one help me to install it,
