Status node in TSEND block is showing F#7000

Hello All, The problem is that I've communicated with the Third party device & ping operation is taking place as it is. But the Status node in TSEND block is showing F#7000 value which means that TSEND lock is neither receive any value from the Third party device not sending that to it.
