CarpeDiem Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I am looking for STEP 5 Statement List documentation. I just cant find it in Siemens site. The closest thing I came is: SIMATIC Statement List (STL) for S7-300 and S7-400 Programming - Reference Manual This is probably same thing, but I am not sure. GR, Danijel

Late Platinum Expert Joined: 1/7/2006 Last visit: 2/16/2023 Posts: 2705 Rating: (311)	Hi CarpeDiem, To work with STEP5 and STL you may read the next handbook: SIMATIC STEP 5 V7.2 [:P] Further are there operationslist / reference guideswith all the commands, such like S5-115U Programmable Controller CPU 941/942/943/944 Reference Guide and also in the handbooks of the sevaeral S5 PLCs there is a explination of the commands S5-115U Programmable Controller. [8)] If you need it for another type of CPU/PLC system then search for that by typing by search 100U, 95U, 115U, 135U or155U and look only for the handbooks. [;)]

Late Platinum Expert Joined: 1/7/2006 Last visit: 2/16/2023 Posts: 2705 Rating: (311)	Hi Carpediem. With the STEP7 STL you have nearly the same simple commands, only the S7 have more commands and that will work not fine when you try to program with the list of commands of S7 for a S5 program. [:P]
