How much time is set timer 0:     KH = 1010; ? How undestant time 1010?

Based on the description, KH=1010 translates to 100 ms x 10, or 1 sec..

100 ms x 10 equals  1 ms, not 1 sec as I had written..

KH 1110 = 110 * 0,1s = 11s
