Step 7 Harware updates

paragon Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	I have a new cpu supplied by an OEM, CPU315-2 PN/DP order number 6ES7 315-2EH14-0AB0. I have Step7 ver 5.4 SP3. My problem is that i can not see this specific cpu in my hardware, I have downloaded the latest hardware updates and installed them, but still can not see it in the harware list Any ideas? Thanks

Or even better: Step 7 v5.4 + sp5, Here is link, to download Service pack 5: Service pack 5 for STEP 7 v5.4 and STEP 7 Professional Edition 2006 Or use the latest version of Step 7: v5.5 (you 'll have to pay for upgrade) Best regards, Wizard

Oh well, the boss is going to have to fork out some money for an upgrade , its about time anyway. [schnippschnapp] new question is splitted to will Step5 and MicroWin work with XP or Vista?.
