Step 7 processes can't shutdown

sashaxs82 Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	Hi to all, I've a problem with Simatic Manager 5.5.0.0 installed on Windows 7 Ultimate. It's about one month that when I open any program (step 7, kop editor, symbol table...), I can work as usual, but when I try to close each program, I see that I can't re-open it. It seems closed, but if I open Windows' task manager, I see that the process it's already in execution, and I must kill it. Furthermore, when I close Kop/fup editor, it reports an unspecified error, but if I choose to close the program, the process doesn't shutdown. ANyone can help me? Thanks, Stefano

RDI555 Posts: 8 Rating: (1)	Hi, You can try this option... Copy the file which has shown in screen shot and paste itat desktop. Double click the file to run and then check it....it will close the Step7 and Wincc.. Regards, RDI Attachment Reset_S7.pdf (31 Downloads)
