Step 7 v11 update problem

leotech Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I'm trying to update the step 7 basic v11 software with the Service Pack 1 update. The program is installend on Windows XP SP3 operating system. Before the start of the installation process the installer stops with the error in attachment. I'm running an administrator user account and I stopped the antivirus program. Someone has had the same problem? How can I resolve it? Thank you in advance. Attachment Errore.jpg (65 Downloads)

Regarding to your installed STEP 7 V11 Basic you need also STEP 7 V12 Basic. Is it possible that you have an other software tool (example STEP 7 Professional V12)? See the link for the FAQ in refer to the listed software tools which you can order. It looks like you are applying service pack 1 to an existing install. Have you already installed Portal V11 Basic?
