Meanwhile you can 'masked' that error Which organization blocks do you need for error handling?to find the reason for that. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

Hello ABHIJIT PUNE Wizardalready mentioned that the problem can also be caused by "bent pins" on the ET200S backplane so here's what I suggest you do: Carefully disassemble the ET200S station and check the backplane connectors of every module as well as the shield plates around them for straightness. Should you find any bent ones, try to straighten them carefully (or replace the terminal or Profibus module if in doubt) andcarefully assemble the station again. I've had a couple of ET200S stations in my life whith this fault which was caused by soemone being a bit to rough when assembling the ET200S on the DIN rail. I hope this helps and please let us know what you find. |
