Stop log WinCC Advanced in MS SQL 2014

Hello!  I have Wincc Runtime Advanced with archiving in MS SQL Express 2014. After start runtime, archiving  stop after 1-2 minutes.  What is problem? All settings are made according to the documentation .

But archiving stops going after 1-2 minutes after start runtime. After the restart runtime I can see previous archives for 1-2 minutes, but  after 1-2 minutes stops archive again. No reports on this issue no. In the Windows event too. Resetting the system with zero result has not brought.
On another computer on the same project  writes  archive without problems.

I do not understand what's the matter????
