Stop the motor right at the point

Shahjee Posts: 111 Rating: (1)	I am using servomotor 1FK70423BK711RA0 and want to stop the motor right at the point due to violation of light curtains but the problem is after violation of light curtains motor stops but due to momentum it stops after 4 to 5 inches I want to remove that coast and want to stop motor right on the spot without any coast I add the coast brake , quick stop in the program but still problem is there as there are no brakes in the motor so I want to know is there any possibility through which I can stop the motor right on the spot due to violation of light curtains also if someone can tell me the difference between CU305 and sinamics 110. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from SYNCHRONOUS SERVOMOTOR 1FK7.

F = m * a S110 is the Drive System and CU305 is the suitable Control Unit.
