Strange thing happen with my DI module

Romam Posts: 34 Rating: (0)	I have an ET200pro, with two 8DI 4M12 When I put a sensor with one input, no problems. It's adressed X.0 on the first M12, X.1 on the second and it goes on. However, I put a sensor with two inputs on the third M12 connector. X.2 is turning on, it's expected, but X;3 is also turning on if the second input is activated on the sensor. If I put the sensor with two inputs on the fourth M12 connector, X.3 led is actviated if the first sensor input is at 1 and X.7 is activated if the second input is activated. Same on my other 8DI 4M12 module. How can two differents connector light the same led and give the same input? Electrically, the sensor is on the M12 connector 1: L+, 2: out2, 3:L-, 4:out1

cy429 Posts: 33 Rating: (0)	Hello sir, kindly try this, go to hardware configuration, and then change your address of the said module input, sample is address 8 change to 9,, try to save and compile, and then revised your addressing in the PLC..thanks
