Dear nesrine.tn, the structure of aDB header is defined by the developerof the PLC software. It isstored in the source file only and is not getting transferred into the PLC when downloading the PLC software into the PLC. The header defines the representation/format ofthedata words in the data block only and and has no influence on the functionality of the PLC software.So in orderto get the correctheaderyou need the source file. If you only have a PLC backup you will need to analyse the PLC software in order to re-createa new header for the data block. Best Regards. . |

Dear nesrine.tn, sorry for my misunderstanding. Now I know what you are looking for. The blockheader has the Information about Block type (PB, FB, DB....) Block number Block active Information .... Iam trying tolocate my old Hans Berger book about programming S5-115U in STL but cannot find it. Letme see if I find that detail Information from somewhere else. Best Regards. |
