add more to IBN-Service, - up-to-date virus scanner as per released compatibility matrix only. and up-to-date Virus definition regularly. I know few users who do it every other day.. virus definitions arereadily available on every antivirus site for related package. - switch of "automatic update" feature of the Windows administartion - check compatibility and effect of security pages on Siemens Service Support Website before installing. - some users now have shifted to use PS2 mouse instead of USB mouse to protect the system.as same USB port can be used to insert removable media. Iread that now security of Control systems standard ISA 99 shall now address the issues like warms, viruses and threats refer the link http://www.isa.org/InTechTemplate.cfm?Section=Standards1&template=/ContentManagement/ContentDisplay.cfm&ContentID=85577 |
