Hello m.shoaib khatana; What do you need to know exactly? Follow this link (and open the "successor product" tab) to find information on the presently available model for the OP177B. https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&objid=6AV66420DC011AX0&caller=view Or do you want to use the model you have with you already for your migration? Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello m. shoaib khatana; And the successor has changes, since first of October.... See the following link: SIMATIC OP 77B, TP/OP 177B, TP/OP 277, MP 177, MP 277 and MP 377 to Be Declared Mature Products We'll have to find possible migration paths to the Comfort panels. I'll come back when I have had time to research this. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello m. shoaib khatana; The following manual has an interesting paragraph that should apply to your case, see the attached document: SIMATIC HMI HMI Device TP 177A, TP 177B, OP 177B (WinCC flexible) Basically, the transition from an OP 17 to an OP 177Bis possible, and you have to tell us whether you have an existing Protool project to migrate (the link to the migration manual was provided earlier) or anexistimg WinCC Flexible file. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello m. shoaib khatana; ProSave is a utility that uploads/backs up the compiled image of the Protool/WinCC Flexible program from an operator panel, and it can transfer it back to another panel of exactly the same model and revision. The Prosave image is not decompilable by ProTool or WinCC Flexible, and you cannot open it for modification, migration or download toa new/different panel. See here: what's the connection/difference between WinCC, ProTool, ProSave? How do you back transfer the projects of an operator panel and what should you watch out for? |
