Suddenly shows sf fault in an interface module connected in profibus-dp with s7-300 315-2dp

DINESH RANGANATHAN Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I have 315-2db system with five stations ET200S IM151-1 connected over profibus dp,during run mode suddenly one of the IM151 station shows SF fault,within a fraction of second it again goes to run mode,donno whats the problem,the diagnostics buffer shows I/O access failure return in station with profibus address 11 but we replaced whole IM with i/o modules and their respective power supplies but problem still exist(the problem occurs every one hour or one and half hours)

playerslight Posts: 1064 Rating: (72)	Check your profibus connections and the shields , you could also try a slower baud rate this sometimes help with false disconnects
