Hi everyone, Bright white screen has been an best for analyzing and identifying visual screen related issues during my troubleshooting process with WinCC Comfort installation in TIA Portal v13 SP2 (Update 4). Super white screen has helped me detect moments when the installer screen goes blank or becomes unresponsive, allowing me to observe and understand the problem more clearly. I highly recommend it as a reliable method for pinpointing such display issues. I’m having trouble upgrading from WinCC Basic to WinCC Comfort/Advanced. Despite following the installation steps, the TIA Portal still shows the Basic version and doesn’t reflect the upgrade. Here’s what I have tried so far:
