Supply voltage missing AQ 4x14BIT

Zmij Regular Member Joined: 4/23/2015 Last visit: 1/23/2025 Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	Dear experts I have the following problem with a S7-1200: I have a CPU 1215 (6ES7 215-1AG40-0XB0, V4.1) and an analog module(6ES7 232-4HD32-0XB0, V2.0). When I power up the PLC without any program, the Diag-Led of the analog module blinks green. If I power up the analog module there is no difference. After downloading the hardware configuration with TIA Portal V13 SP 1, all Leds on the analog module blinks red. Powering up the analog module makes no difference. The diagnostics says its a power problem, but the module has power. Connection, polarity, voltage supply in order. Thank you very much! Cheers. Attachment Supply_error.jpg (401 Downloads)

0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 1/24/2025 Posts: 15558 Rating: (2468)	With the tiered terminal blocks, I find them to be very confusing on which L+ / M / Ground terminals the wiring goes. I am guessing you have a similar problem. Swap the L+ / M / Ground to the other terminal block. Look closely at the module and you can see which terminal block needs the power. Once you get that worked out, if you still have problems, please post back here.
