AI module 6ES7531-7QD00-0AB0 do not signal 0..10V, but support input ranges -10V..10V. I started to seek other AI modules, but others do not support signal 0..10V too.

Will be work sensor 0..10V, if I connect to AI module? 

Dear redmadhat,

as 0-10v is in the range of -10 ot 10v, its also possible to connect a sensor with 0-10v output.

The card can be configured with -10 to 10, in the program just use the accordingly representation of the value 0 - 10v.

If you need the full resolution of an analog input, you can insert a signal conditioner between the input sensor and the module to convert between the field device range and a compatible range in the device, like +/-10V.

I have used 0-10V : +/-10V signal conditioners in the past for the same reason - project needed full signal resolution for lab quality experimentation with complete system calibration using calibrated traceable standard(s).

If you are not using that level of calibration, I suggest the +/-10V input range is plenty good.

Why Siemens in doc's of AI module declare of not support signal 0..10V? It's dosn't make sense.

I want to connect temeprature sensor Siemens QAM2161.040. I dont have physical plc and module to check it's work or not. In ET200SP all AI module have input range 0..10V.

Because the ST (standard) AI module already covered a superset of 0-10V by covering +/-10V.

If you want more features, consider a HF (high feature) module.

They offer several ranges to help meet a wide range of needs.  This allows you to purchase just the features your project needs rather than purchasing a single module that does everything and maybe a particular project only needs a basic module.
