You can do this, for example, by using a ScreenWindow and changing the screen within the ScreenWindow based on the change of the Tag. This can be done using a script.

As an example, you can use an I/O field in your layout screen and attach the PLC Tag to the process value of the I/O field. If the value of the Tag changes, the script for switching the screens will be executed.

In the fourth entry of the following post, KozzyM provides an example of how to switch screens via a PLC command.  Interestingly, no scripts are used.  The PLC sets an integer, then the HMI uses a text list lookup function to get the associated screen name.  The screen name tag is used to dynamize a screen window.
