Currently i am working one Hose Wrapping Machine Application. In that machine totally three axes we are using with Simotion D 435-2 PN/DP controller. The following are the axes mechanics details.

Head_Rotary Axes (Master)

Motor Revolution - 106 & Load Revolution - 56

CAT_Linear Axes (Slave)

Motor Revolution 1 & Load Movement 24.17mm

Spool_Rotary Axes

Motor Revolution 1 & Load Revolution 1

I want to maintain the tape pitch. How to maintain the tape pitch?

2. In the same same projects  I want to control the Winder & Unwinder section in my simotion system. For winder and unwinder we are using G120 drive & CU250S with encoder feedback using Dancer Position Sensor FB. How to control winder & unwinder?

3. I want to use analog scaling and unscaling block in Simotion D system. In command library this instructions are not available. How to call this fucntions in my simotions program?

I am facing problem in Simotion Program, i am using an DIV instruction in LAD lagics. After downloading the program in Simotion does't go to RUN mode.

DIV function :  1.0/ Tag1 = Tag2 

Kindly suggest me to solve the issue.

 More than likely, Tag1 =0 and you are getting a divide by 0 error.  You should do a Compare function first to determine that Tag1 is not 0 before you divide.
