Synchronous axis movement

Hi, I would like to ask for some advice.

I need to control two axis synchronous in one moment - for achieve circle movement. I saw that its possible with Positioning Module FM 357-2, but its not in TIA portal (v13). Do you have any tip for that? I saw its possible with S7-1200 ( https://youtu.be/nzzUH2kI7iE ) but I would like to use S7-300.

 You could have used FM357-2 with S7-300 using SIMATIC Manager V5.5 but FM357-2 is already phased out :

FM357-2, Phase out 

You should consider using SIMOTION, it is supported by TIA  ( SCOUT V4.4)

.... or wait for S7-1500 Technology CPU to be launched later this year.

Depends what you need or, better, the performances you need.

Personally I would doubt about the PLC made synchronisms , I really don't understand how they can keep two axes geared with perfect precision.

It is better to consider a montion controlo like D410-2 which can also handle natively an external encoder...
