HMIRuntime.UI.SysFct.SetPropertyValue("/Settings", "WindowFlags", 0);

"SysFct" is not permitted in faceplate.

Have someone a solution ?

Why don´t you use:

Faceplate.Parent.WindowFlags = 0;
