System Diagnostic Alarms

Hello everyone,

I want to display the system siagnostic alarms into the alarm control on HMI screen. I have a PLC 1500 as the controller and TP1200 Comfort panel as HMI. 

I followed the steps mentioned in the following link:

Configuring the display of system diagnostic alarms 

and also created an alarm view on HMI screen. 

Checked all types of alarms to show on that alarm view tool (Please see the picture attached)

but still cannot see the see the system diagnostic messages on the Alarm view. I have the alarm on Diagnostic buffer of the CPU, But not alarm view on the HMI.

any solution to solve this problem?

 Hello,

You are using Comfort Panel or Unified Comfort Panel? As you have mentioned Comfort Panel and the manual is for Unified Comfort Panel. Both are different. Maybe can you please share screenshots for better understanding the issue being faced.
