system diagnostics with RSE

We have TIA V11SP2 + WINCC flexible 2008 advance + wincc7.0 in lab.

We have activated system diagnostics for s7300plc(CPU 315-2PN/DP) so that respective FB & DB has been generated.

Now we wish to display diagnostics messages in wincc flexible (and after that in wincc 7.0 )

Manual is really very useful, but after reading this i have some questions can you answer mu some qs:-

1. To display the message on wincc flexible is it necessary to add operator pannel to TIA, if yes how we can add a pannel to TIA?

2. This mannual has only described how to configure alarm messages, not how to configure alarm display. Please help for latter too?

3. I am trying to display system diagnostics messages on webserverof plc, but on webserver no message is showing even when i removed one signal module from hardware. can you help me which type of fault i can generate to display some faults related to system diagnostics?

I want to modify my first qstn

Because i got how to add HMI pannel, qstn is we don't have any operator pannel and use pc as HMI. So with PC too can we display plc pessage on wincc flexible.
