system fault with I/O error in CPU314

Dear sir,

              I m facing problem system fault  in S7 CPU314 and two counter module. I have replaced all problematic modules .Still facing the same issue. here i attached diagonistics buffer

Have you tried doing a memory reset?

If that doesn't help, then you can reset to factory defaults (Factory reset) which will erase all configurations. (So make sure you have a working backup of the HW config if required...). This can be done via Simatic manager, if your PC is connected to the CPU. There is also a way to do a Master reset without the PC but I can't seem to find the document right now... :/

I would "save Programm under" and "reorganization slow" and after this compile Hardware and load it again.

Perhaps it´s possible to upgrade the Firmware.
