system fault

zxczxc Posts: 44 Rating: (1)	hi everyone there is a s7-300 cpu 314-2DP.when power of plc was off i extract flash memory , then i insert that. after that when i turn on power , plc indicate these leds .... run mode.... DC5v .....and SF what should i do? please help me

DC5v .....and SF what should i do? please help me Check the following cases: Why is the MMC no longer recognized by SIMATIC devices after it has been formatted in a third-party device? With MMC (Micro Memory Card) slotted, why does the STOP LED blink on the SIMATIC S7-300 CPU? About the LEDs, if the CPU is in the run mode and SF is active, diagnostics buffer of the CPU will help.The buffer will give us unambiguous clues on the issue. Best regards
