Diagnostics with WinCC Professional" section (from page 40) from the following FAQ to achieve a similar functionality: Diagnostic of SIMATIC IPCs (with IPC DiagBase, IPC DiagMonitor, WinCC (TIA Portal) or WinCC V7)

Now I solved the problem by launching a script with a frequency of one second to read the PC date and transfer it to internal variables. I don't know if it slows down the processing.
