System tags PLC_OpState / PLC_OpStateCtrl

Gijsbert E Experienced Member Joined: 4/13/2016 Last visit: 4/16/2025 Posts: 16 Rating: (1)	What is the meaning of the different values of system tags "PLC_Opstate" and "PLC_OpStateCtrl"? @<connection name>_PLC_OpState: value = 8 (or just bit 3?) seems to be "run" value = 4 (or just bit 2?) seems to be "stopped" Can this tag have any other value? @<connection name>_PLC_OpStateCtrl can control the state of the CPU. What are the commands corresponding to the value of this tag? I can't find anything about this in the WinCC System Manual (version 11/2022, which seems to be the latest) Edit: I found a newer version of the System manual (11/2023), but that one only mentions the tags, not their values.
