One of PC based HMI,IPC 577C, getting error as Tag iSilenceEXT_AV: Value could not be written on the PLC.

In the attached photo shows Water Tight Door alarm arrived on 9-Feb-2020,Operator pressed silence button and immediately  come another alarm TagiSilenceEXT_AV: Value could not be written on the PLC. What is the reason?

Since Real-time alarm of WTD#14 displayed on HMI,Communication between PLC and HMI is OK.

Program:When press silence button set a bit in a tag, release it will reset the bit.Its just momentary bit reset the Latched alarm in PLC program SR Flip flop. It was working ok till recent times but nowadays getting these alarms. PLC button tag data type-bool, only value 0 or 1.The other repeater HMI does not have any issues.PLC button data type-bool

Anybody can help me possible reason for this issue?

unfortunately I'm not able to help you.. but please keep in mind that all users here are answering in their free time and free of charge.
If you want an answer maybe you should mention more details regarding your question or just create a support request, if it's an urgent case for you.

I think it is pretty ridiculous that you think people on this forum will do your job. Of course one can ask questions, but yours are always so specific and related to some problem your customer have at the moment. Like this thread there are millions of reasons for that kind of behavior it would take some serious analyzing of program and you are expecting some click of a button answer.

Like said already by many, people are helping each other without pay and you are demanding answers like from your colleague. 

You would have been kicked out from most forums for that kind of behavior.

EDIT:

Most of us probably have jobs and first priority is not to do yours. If you don't have it in you, you can always do something else.

Maybe you could share the result of this request with the community?

With this thread you wrote, that you got a PLC and an IPC.
The Tag iSilenceEXT_AV is definded within your program. Correct? Were does it come from? How is your communication established? Are there messages at other sections of your system?
A lot of questions that could only be answered by your analysis
