Tag Logging Archieves in WinCC Reports

I have a binary tag which goes high at certain time and goes low after few minutes. I want to archieve some analog parameters during the time this bit is high. The first entryshould be at exact instance of this tag going high. The last entry should be at exact instance of this tag going low and in between that interval, there should be entries after every one minute.

When I use Acyclic or cyclic selective type of archieve, I do get values every one minute, but I do not get entries at exact start instance and end instance of the tag. The requirement is, the first and last entry should be at the exact hour : Minute : "Second" of tag going high and low. I am getting difference of few seconds.Kindly suggest.
