Tag's "Start Value" and database

Good morning,

I ask about the association of tag's "start value" and dabatase, cause I can't lose the values, and we have the problem that the WinCC always lose the internal tag values when restarted. I think I can use the commit tag, but this is my second option, I prefer to storage values in database.
