Tags cannot write in any way

I have the same problem with WINCC UNIFIED 18 , tags are read without problems , but can't write in any way (Textbox / Script etc ... this happens with Bool , Integers from PC simulation and from Phisical HMI Panel)

The DB is ok (i check the same variables with a NOT Unified panel and works) so the problem is only for UNIFIED panels.

During test i have found a strange behavior of monitoring of DB if i try to modify current value of one variable is opened yhe popup with random values ... i don't know if is related to this problem or is one general problem o Version 18 ....
