Tare function for analog input

Hello!

I am in process of designing an automated bag filler system that uses load cell to determine the requested weight.

The load cell I am using is 0...30kg, there is a load cell signal conditioner that makes 0...10V out of it.

In LOGO it looks like this: Analog input - analog amplifier - analog threshold trigger.

I'm using analog threshold trigger to control the output (turn it off when required weight is achieved).

The problem I'm facing right now, is that I would like to automatically set the starting weight to zero before each cycle. Currently I did it by manually setting the analog amplifiers offset in settings, but I would like to solve it automatically. So in the beginning of each cycle, analog threshold triggers input is zero, but the amplifiers range stays the same.

The weight of the bag can vary etc.

Currently it would need to write the analog amplifiers output on the moment of pressing the button, to the same blocks offset with a (-) sign. Or solve it with some kind of variable?
