TC65 Errors

I have following problem: AT^SFDL ^SHUTDOWN ^EXIT 00010000,00c0767263635f7366646c2e632c62617564203c2056475f44544549465f4e554d4245525f4f465f424155445f5241544553 And after that the terminal dies. My firmware of T65t is: ATI SIEMENS TC65 REVISION 02.000 OK 2. I can't load my programs, because program Siemens Module Exchange Suite sends me following message: Communication not possible. Possible causes: 1. You have not connected a module to the COM port that was set. 2. THis software only operates with a SIEMENS module with activated flash memory. How can I solve this problems?
